A nightmare

I was given a certificate from Diamond Resorts as perk for timeshare purchase. I followed the instructions given when submitting fees and request to travel using the certificate. Never received a response so my certificate was later extended due to the oversight. NOW I'm expected to travel by that new extended date of July 30, 2020 but truly cant due to COVID- 19 and I'm being told my certificate will NOT be extended beyond that date.
These certificates are not considered an incentive.
