My husband and I booked a cruise which we had to use Odenza. This was not the best experience from the beginning. We gave specific dates and the agent/consultant came back with different dates. Long story short...we were able to finally book the dates we wanted and the cruise we wanted. It was almost like the agent wasn't listening to me. However, the agent did not advise us of everything we needed to know since it has been 19 yrs since I took a cruise and my husband has never been on a cruise. We had no idea about the Cruise check in process where we could select our boarding time until 1 week before our cruise, and we receive an email from the Cruise line and not our agent. Our agent also did not fight for us with the cruise line when they changed the itinerary. We booked a cruise that would have 2 ports to stop at. Due to Hurricane Dorian....our cruise did not do another stop in place of Freeport. We ended up doing a "fun day" at sea. We also had to reach out to our agent after the hurricane to see what was going on with our cruise since she never contacted us. We understand being busy and helping other clients who were traveling before us, but you still need to try to reach out to all. We have been back from our cruise for about a week now and our agent has not followed up with us to see how everything was. We will not be using Odenza any more. I usually book all of our travel needs and will continue to do so.
