Very pleased with the personal service provided by Sabhar Thakkar. We received a cruise voucher associated with a local purchase and hadn't spent time considering where we'd like to go. Spoke with Sabhar about a specific cruise destination and took time to think about it, many months in fact before I called him back. His records accurately noted our prior conversations, but this time we had something entirely different in mind. He was flexible and provided very knowledgeable guidance from his own cruise experiences as to stateroom location, meal options, upgrades and other things that were practical and aligned with our needs. Hadn't worked with Odenza before but definitely will contact Sabhar for future travel.
