I wanted to use my ATB World Elite MasterCard points to book a very important flight. I had used the online booking tool before, but it was a terrible experience. I decided to phone instead and I am so glad I did. The agent, Chris Taylor, handled everything professionally, competently and he was a pleasure to talk to. I needed to call back about something I had forgotten, and I was able to reach him immediately as he had given me his call back info. No messing around explaining everything to another agent.
