Three days ago I booked a trip from Alberta to Germany and was connected to Christopher Taylor at Odenza. Chris was very friendly, helpful and accommodating and went to a lot of work to research the best connections, times etcetera as my trip is a little bit complicated. He made me feel that nothing was too much trouble even though he was having a hectic afternoon. I am so far very pleased with the whole experience.
