Odenza and in particular Misheel E. was very
helpful and provided me with all the information
and help I needed to book a complicated trip.
She was patient and very pleasant and also
checked things over and supplied me with
extra help and information to make all the
arrangements very smooth. I used her previously
and unfortunately had to cancel my trip due to
illness. She was so pleasant that I asked for her
contact info so I could use if for this current trip.
She did not disappoint me. All has been going well!
