My experience with American Flooring LLC wasn't very satisfactory. I bought some flooring that I planned to install myself. When the project was done, I had extra material that needed returning. It was kind of a hassle with COVID and everything, but I understand that I had to wait to take it back. Then, when I was able to make a return, they told me I had waited too long. After some discussion about what had happened, they acted like they were doing me a favor to let me return the extra material. They brought out a forklift and left me alone to unload everything. They didn't even offer to help. I'm just over five feet tall and those boxes must weigh eighty pounds each. It was the same when I originally bought the flooring. American Flooring brought it out on a forklift and left me to load it myself. Even the price at American Flooring LLC was average. This experience gives me little incentive to use them again.
