When my wife and I went into American Flooring LLC for the first time, we ended up meeting the owner. He was really nice and laid-back, and very helpful. He helped us pick out a flooring that we ended up going with. After leaving their store, we did some research online and found the same flooring for a cheaper price. American Flooring price-matched it for us. Then the whole virus thing shut them down for a while. But as soon as they knew they would be reopening, they called us to schedule the installation. It was completed really quickly, in about two days. Afterward, the owner of American Flooring called us to follow up and see if there were any issues, which there weren't.
