I have probably used American Flooring LLC a dozen or so times over the years. I have bought flooring products from them, and also on occasion had them install those products. Their workers have always been very competent at their jobs, and also friendly and polite. But what really impresses me is how willing American Flooring is to go above and beyond for their customers. That is what differentiates them from the "big box" stores, that may sometimes be a little cheaper. But, American Flooring more than makes up for that with their great customer service!
