We are so pleased with American Flooring LLC that we will definitely continue using them. In the past we had them install several styles of flooring in our home from bamboo to carpeting. This most recent project was for them to install two rooms that were connecting, the staircase going up and into a hallway. We kept putting it off because we could not figure out how we were going to move all of the furniture out of the way for someone to come in and lay carpeting. What a hassle it was going to be. We went into the showroom and met with Jeremy who was our salesperson. He was so helpful in steering us in the right direction keeping in mind that this was going to be a high traffic area. He gave us his guidance on what we should buy making suggestions on everything for the new carpet from the quality, the colors and its overall good. The day of installation came and the two technicians arrived early and got right to work. They told us to remove all of the small items in our home and they would do the rest. They moved all of the heavy pieces of furniture for us, completed the job, and then put everything back in place when they were done. It is always such a great experience using them that we would highly recommend them to anyone. We plan on continuing to use them as this challenging project turned out to be stress-free thanks to American Flooring LLC.
