This was our first time doing business with American Flooring and we had some mixed feelings about the service that we received from them. We have known about their company for a long time, driving by their store almost every day and a good friend highly recommended their services to us so, we hired them to work on a tile backsplash for our kitchen. We went into their showroom and spoke with their designer and she was very helpful throughout the whole process. However, she really underestimated the time that it would take to complete the work, she said it would take 2 days but the installation took 4 days total. The way the process was explained really didn't seem to match up with what actually happened which is why I was a little disappointed. The tile looks great and I would definitely give them another chance given the opportunity to use them again.
