So I won’t go back. All was good till I put a down payment on the carpet. From there it was down hill. I had no confirmation call for installation, I had to call them. Day of installation I went in to pay the balance of the bill and was told three different amounts that was owed. Installers were not on time, almost an hour late, didn’t bring the carpet with them and had to go back to the store to get it. The store is less than 3 miles from install and took them 1 1/2 to get the carpet and return. Made it an all day install for a hallway and living room. Won’t go back.
