This was our first time with American Flooring LLC. They had the tiles we wanted for our laundry room floor, so we decided to go work with them. Someone quickly came out and got the measurements to get us a quote, but then 2 weeks passed and we didn't hear anything. I drove to the store to follow up, and all the people there, including the owner, were great and very friendly. So I got the quote and we ordered the tiles but now 2 more weeks have passed, they still haven't received the tiles, and they haven't followed up at all. I think this company has potential and I really like them because they are a small business and their people are great but there are definitely some issues with their system that need improving. Our start with them was great but they need to work on completing projects. I'll probably need to go back to the store to follow up again.
