I used American Flooring LLC for the first time, recently, and it was a slightly mixed experience. I can say, for sure, that the owner is very nice, and definitely knowledgeable, and I would consider returning. To be honest, though, I wasn't impressed with their organization or timeliness, and the process was a bit frustrating, at times.
I ordered flooring on a Monday and it was supposed to be in by the end of that week, on Friday. Because I'd ordered on a holiday, though, there was a delay in the order being placed and processed, and I was told I'd receive a call once the flooring came in. I never received a call, and so called back, myself, four weeks later. My flooring had come in, but couldn't be picked up for another couple days, because it was inaccessible, at the time, with tile stacked on top of it. This threw off the plans I'd had to install my flooring before other things in my life got busy, which is why the experience was only 4/5 stars.
