I would not recommend them. We ordered whole-house carpet, and when they showed up to install it, there were lines of discoloration through all the rolls of carpet. It is a light color, so it was very noticeable. The manager tried to tell me that was normal. They laid the padding because we had nothing on the floor. When they finally laid the carpet, you could see every seam. Two years later, we now need to clean the carpet and are afraid to because some of the seams are coming apart. Our house has floor electrical, and they were out here three or four times trying to fix it. My husband bought a large metal plate, and he fixed it. The manager even attempted to fix it. My disappointment is all the seams are visible, and after going through everything we did with them, we have not contacted them. We were told the seams would settle down, and they did not. It was not a great experience. They never did a follow-up to see how things were.
