The sales experience was great. The installation was very unacceptable.
As far as sales and the showroom, the people are great, but the installers were absolutely terrible. They were very unprofessional. They started the job and left because they were so unprofessional. They were saying very derogatory words. They entered our house, and we were not home yet. I do not accept that. It was very unprofessional and made us very uncomfortable.
