We have used them before and have always been happy. Jeremy in the office is wonderful. The issue is that the person that measured for the flooring didn't check to see if the padding was glued down so when they came to do the installation they said we did not know this was glued down we can either put the new carpet over the existing padding or we can leave and you can get it figured out and come back once it is up. That was very frustrating. It was there error and they should have made it right. In the past we have had good luck but this last experience was disappointing and has put a bad taste in my mouth.
