.Overall, I was pleased with the selection & the atmosphere of the store. Everyone was very friendly.
I could not give the highest rating because twice I was expecting a phone call back from Ted but I didn't get it. He could have at least called me to tell me he didn't have the information yet as he was waiting for a co-worker's response. But I didn't hear anythhing, so then I had to call him.
