I can't even count the number of times the staff dropped the ball in the course of ordering/laying flooring in five rooms in my house. They completely LOST the order for my bathroom and didn't even know it. They sent to installer out with flooring for my family room and had him install that in my bathroom too. Not even close to what I had ordered. The carpet installer was rude and disrespectful both to me and to his partner. They dinged up my doors and trim and handled them with filthy hands, leaving black smudges and handprints on my white doors and trim. At the END of the installation, I discovered that he wasn't vaccinated and he hadn't worn a mask all day. There is so much more but not enough space to type it all.
