Our first experience using American Flooring - Holt was very good. Upon entering the store, we had help with selecting the flooring that we were interested in, with samples taken home for a final decision. The installers that they hired were efficient and effective. They went above and beyond doing a couple of things that were not part of the quote. They cleaned up well after themselves and had the entire house done in two days, which was very impressive. After the vinyl plank flooring was finished, I redid the floor around the fireplace. I went back to the store to order matching flooring, and the salesman tried to find matching flooring that was left over from a different job. He wasn't going to charge anything for the flooring had he been able to find any extra. I thought that was very generous of him. He wasn't able to find any leftovers, so I ended up purchasing a box which was fine with me, the fact that he was willing to help me out at no charge speaks volumes. I am very happy with the end result of the floor, it looks amazing!
