We went to American Flooring in Holt to inquire about replacing our kitchen floor. We talked to the salesman there and scheduled the measurement for later in the week. the job was measured and some concerns were raised about the unevenness of the floor. These were issues we are aware of and asked if anything could be done about it. It's an 85 year old house and there is some movement between the slab and the basement due to a later addition by the previous owner. I was told that the installer would need to come by and take a look to see what could be done. Never got a response from the company after that. I placed a follow up call with the sales rep and he promised to talk to the installer and get back to me that day with an estimate. I still have not heard back from them after almost two weeks. I went to another flooring company just a few miles away. They came out gave me an estimate and told me that the issues with the floor could be addressed with a little extra effort. Don't water your time with American Flooring in Holt. I would never recommend them to anyon
