I've lived with tension head/neck aches for a while and gotten so used to them, I just accepted them. My husband has been trying to get me to see a chiropractor, but I didn't really think they could help. He surprised me with a trip to the Life Center for my birthday, and I'm glad I did.
After just one session I felt a lot looser in my neck area, and my usual headache was gone. While I haven't been back regularly, I've been a few times, and it's always been a great experience.
