Their staff is very friendly, cordial and cheerful. They are always willing to help. Their pricing is very reasonable. I take in 2 of my area rugs yearly for them to clean, an 8x10 and a 6x8. The rugs are always ready at the pickup time they scheduled. The technicians are knowledgeable and are willing to take time to talk over any problems with you. I recently asked about a spot on the 8x10 in which the cat marked. The technician talked over the best ways to handle pet stains and they were able to send me home with fresh, clean rugs! I want people to know that even though they are a 45-minute drive from me I think they are so worth going to that I return yearly. They are professional and trustworthy.
