I have used Deluxe Dye Works & Area Rug several times over the past few years to clean my area rugs for me. They come out to my home, pick the rugs up, and take them to their facility to be cleaned. After they are finished, they bring them back to my home, and place them where I tell them to. Their employees are always timely, and show up when they are supposed to. They are friendly and polite, and they do a very professional job of cleaning. My rugs always look great when they come back. One thing I really like about Deluxe Dye Works & Area Rug is how well their employees work with me. I am kind of neurotic about where my rugs go, and once, they brought back one of my larger, heavier rugs, and I must have asked them to move it several times for me. I just didn't know for sure how I wanted it to sit in the room. They were very patient with me, and they moved it until I was satisfied. I bet they spent fifteen minutes moving that big, heavy area rug around, but they did not complain a bit. They are just so pleasant to work with!
