We used to live in San Jose and have been using Deluxe Dye Works & Area Rug for a long time. We found them when we were referred to them by the fellas we bought the rugs from. I had a very serious problem when I had dumped some sweet potatoes on a wool and silk rug the first week after it was installed. They cleaned up the rug, and it looked like nothing had ever happened. I have never had a problem with anything they've ever done ever since then.

Now we are near Reno and I still bring my rugs to them, about a 4.5-hour drive away--and it's usually once a year that I bring something to them. I have some very large oriental rugs and some small ones, and I just bring them in. Their service has always been wonderful because they have always done a good job.
