If I couldn't' get hold of him right away when I needed, he was quick to return my call. He was professional and efficient throughout. He was always responsive, easy and approachable. Some lawyers can be condescending in their manner, but not him. I always felt like I could talk to him about stuff. I was quite satisfied with the outcome that was achieved.
