I have been using Wolverine Carpet Cleaning for about six carpet cleanings. I love that the people! They are very responsive. They remember who I am when I call and I don't have to wait for an appointment and I really think that their customer service is terrific! They are kind and considerate and just really good people.

My only issue is that the stains in carpets always come back. They have every time that they have cleaned my carpet. I know that they do the best that they can for these stains and they are quick to get the job done. But alas the stains do come back. I wish that they were more forthcoming when they tell you that they can get them out when I believe that the stains return not because the carpet is not cleaned properly but because the padding is bleeding it back up onto the carpet. I have a dog and accidents happen and I probably will always have a dog and I know there are some things when you own pets that are just going to be the way they are.

Again, I do think their customer service is well-intended but I think if they honestly do not feel they can get the stains out that they should let me know before applying the products that they use to remove them.

I am selling my house and putting in wood flooring when I purchase a new one. Pets are pets and I think this is the answer.
