Huge Pricing, Unsatisfying Results

I had a negative experience with Wolverine Carpet Cleaning. I used them for the first time and I hired them to do some carpet cleaning for me. Unfortunately, they weren't able to get the carpets all that clean around the edges and there was still dust left over after they finished. Although the staff was fine, my main complaints was that the price didn't match the quality that I got for the final results. I won't be going to them in the future based on my experience. I have had experience with other carpet cleaning services and they weren't as expensive as this one. I don't think that I would be recommending them to other customers.

We apologize for not meeting your expectations. We want to always provide the best quality work. The dark edges you mention are likely soil filtration stains. They are a well-known phenomenon in colder climates. Although we employ the best techniques available, due to the nature of these stains, they are difficult to remove completely. In addition, the hot water extraction (or steam cleaning) method of cleaning does not leave any dust behind. As a courtesy, we used air movers to accelerate the drying process, which may have introduced dust from areas we were not cleaning.
