I think that my experience with Floors To Go of Monroeville was pretty good, although I was disappointed when they came to measure. We have a 2-story house, and we were looking to replace the carpet in the upstairs bedroom. In the beginning I picked out carpet that I wanted. Turns out they couldn't get the kind I wanted, so when they came to measure, they brought different samples until I finally found a carpet I liked. They were fairly flexible with scheduling my appointment, but for some reason it took later in coming, but that was OK. I really liked the installer, he did a good job, and I was happy with that. My only issue is that, when they came to measure, they must've been off, because there was so much carpet left over. They were very professional, and I might consider using them again. We'll see.
