The entire process - from sales to turn-on - went extremely well and truly exceeded our expectations:

We looked at half a dozen companies and received several quotes when we initiated our search for a solar provider. Contrary to several companies that employed high pressure and almost strong-arm sales tactics; our experience with Cristal was great. She was informative and very responsive when we had questions.

The installers and electricians were also very good. Unfortunately I didn't catch their names, but they were on time, efficient and performed quality work. Jeff, our PM back at the office, was always quick to respond to my questions and if he didn't know the answer immediately, he able to find the answer and get back to us in timely fashion.

I would like to give a special thanks to Joe, who is extremely knowledgeable, and had the patience to persevere my endless stream of questions. He held our hand today through the startup process and I now feel very comfortable managing our system.
