From the Sales Manager, Rich Mason, to the installers and to the quality of materials used, I have got the system I ordered performing the job it was to do.
When Rich Mason came to see me, we discussed the system needs that I wanted, the number panels it would take and the best way to do it for the finance part.
They designed the plan for the roof, got all the permits, and scheduled the installation, when all panels would be delivered.
The installation was completed in about 4 days, The roof people looked at the roof for cracked tile, 4 tiles were replaced, then waited for APS to verify , then se were on solar.
My energy bill first, went down.
Second,I still had all the energy I needed.
And third, I have had no trouble with the system.
Great addition to our home.
