I've used Energy Attic for three different projects and they do great work. Most recently they installed spray foam in the garage. They were they prompt and courteous during the work. The work itself was carried out superbly. It's made a huge difference in terms of heat. We had a cold snap last week, and it was actually warmer in the garage than the house itself. It was amazing. Their pricing is kind of high, but no one's really happy forking over money. But it's worth it. Overall, I'm very satisfied. They're professional, efficient and upfront, which I really appreciated. There was a little hiccup with one of their machines malfunctioning. There was no ambiguity in how they handled it. They told me what was going on, that it was something that wasn't in their control, but they were going to deal with it. They were going to try to get the work done, but if it didn't work, they would be back with a new machine on Monday. They took care of it and they were honest about everything. Their customer service was great. There was no long wait and they were always prompt in returning calls.
