I hired Energy Attic to gut out my insulation and replace it with new insulation. The main installer was great, he was polite and courteous of my home. When sucking out the old stuff, the bag burst and spread dirty insulation all over my home. I had no idea this was even a possibility but they made it right by sending a cleaning crew to take care of it. I was a little disappointed when I mentioned a coupon I got in a mailer and they said they couldn't apply it to my bill since I already got the best price. Overall, it was a good experience but not 5-star.
