The staff at Completely Floored had lot of expertise and allowed me to think about things in a way that I hadn't previously, and it really made me feel like I was in the hands of professionals. They have been awesome. They totally listened to what it is I thought I wanted and there was no pressure in sales. They just listened to my needs and showed me the product that met my needs at various price points and allowed me to pick the product.

We have kids and a dog, so I wanted a carpet that won't show stains. It was installed yesterday and is amazing and looks phenomenal. The installers were professional, courteous, timely, hardworking and very respectful. They were great.
