After dealing with another flooring store in Grants Pass that seemed completely disinterested in our business (unless we were in their showroom ready to spend money) we found John Kalams at Completely Floored in Medford. Not only did he spend considerable time working with us, including a site visit on his day off, the education on flooring and tile was invaluable! And we saved money and settled on flooring much better suited to our lifestyle, and super nice tile for our remodel! Overall great experience!
