This was not my first time using Completely Floored and it certainly won't be my last!! I used Completely Floored four years ago when I had them install wood laminate for me. They did a phenomenal job! The installers were fantastic! They took up tile and carpeting to lay the wood down and they had to level it down. They worked hard and did a great job. I wanted to get the rest of the house done so I gave them a call again. I spoke with Bob Wood and made an appointment. He knew what I was looking for. The flooring I previously had was no longer being made so he had pulled two similar samples for me. I brought both samples home to see which one I wanted. He was on target with both of the samples! He was very knowledgeable and capable. When I returned the sample I spoke with Ross and asked for two receipts one via email and one hard copy and he was able to comply with my wishes. Everyone I dealt with was very professional and easy to work with. The installers this time were also as fantastic as the first crew was! They were prompt, polite and professional. They set up the saw outside so they limited the dust that got into the house. They were respectful of my home. They were courteous and they took the time to explain things about the gluing and stapling because I didn't remember that being done last time. They were very careful and they kept everything neat. I am very impressed with the high level of integrity and competence of all the workers and I highly recommend using Completely Floored!
