Overall the service was great. I didn't give service 5 stars because communication wasn't that good. I had to call to find out the time the installers were coming and to see if in fact the appointment was still valid. I was told that the date was dependent on the arrival of the flooring, which made me think I would have been called to confirm the appointment. But no one called. I finally called myself to find out. Other than that everything was great.
