Our experience has been ok. I wish I felt better about the whole thing as I am so excited about our project and would have loved to have had some enthusiasm on the other end. Several times when I came in, I felt like I was possibly inconveniencing the staff. I have been dealing with other vendors as well and have not received that sort of vibe from them. Additionally, I would have liked more guidance when the sales staff could see that I needed it. Like when I didn't list grout on my order, I would have appreciated being reminded about that with the initial order, rather than finding out later that I had missed something so important.
