Completely Floored was fantastic, when I used them just recently! John, the salesman, was very astute and very closely tuned-in to my needs, and I really appreciated how closely he listened, and how well he knew their materials and was able to help me. We found flooring that's just perfect for me, and I really couldn't be happier. The entire experience was very professional, as well, from carpet removal to plank installation. They were careful and detail-oriented and their hard work has paid off fantastically because everything looks and feels wonderful. Everything was so great, honestly.
