We began looking at the new waterproof, scratch proof, lifetime warranty vinyl flooring in late August. We worked with Peggy and she was very helpful. We brought many samples home.
Then we went in on September 28, and purchased 1,095.36 squ. Units of vinyl flooring. When we arrived home my husband said they charged us too much. Pamela, Craig and myself all saw a price of $3.59 on the vinyl. But we were charged 3.85. I should have taken care of it Immediately Friday, but we were going out of town. Went into store Monday morning. Now price says 3.85. However, order was written up in correctly. Said we purchased Tuffcore Laminate, Monticello Oak, but what we wanted and was rewritten up was Tuffcore WPC, 1360 Broadway which is the vinyl. I came home and told Craig, he again said it definitely said 3.59, and Pamela and I also saw that. So experience is a bit tainted for us, but we know 3.85 is a good price. We do want to be sure we get the correct product! Newest invoice is for Tuffcore WPC, 1360. Thank you, Georgia
