This was my first time using Completely Floored. I had my whole house done. I had all of the carpet taken out and hardwood floors put in. It was about 2500 square feet of flooring, and it turned out absolutely gorgeous! My experience was very positive in all ways from the beginning to the end. Peggy did an incredible job showing me different flooring and helping me pick what would go best with my house. Matt was the installer, and I just can't say enough about him. He was so professional and so detail oriented. He did such a great job, and I couldn't be happier!
