Everyone at Completely Floored was very accommodating. They worked with us as far as what was the right kind of floor. They showed us some different kinds of flooring and asked about our needs and what kind of floors we have. They helped make the best recommendations for us. They showed us some carpeting that they had in stock, so it could go in sooner than later. Then they showed us other carpeting we could have ordered, but we really loved some of the carpet they showed us that was in stock, so we went with that. They recommended a certain type of padding to go with it and it was all within our budget. They really went overboard to help us. The owner actually came out twice while the work was being done to make sure everything was fine with the installations. The installers were here on the dates and times they said they would be. We had no problems whatsoever and we absolutely love the floors. They are very good at recommending what's best for your needs and budget.
