I bought living room carpeting from Completely Floored in 2015. They had just the print I wanted and they found it in their warehouse for me. Even though I usually buy locally from where I live in Grants Pass, my daughter said this company in Medford has a good reputation.

A while after it was installed, the carpeting started to roll, which I had never seen before. I called Bob, the owner, and I said, "I'm in my 80's and I've never had carpet like this." He said, "You picked out an old design." And I said, "That's no excuse." I don't know of anyone who has rolls in their carpet. It's very unusual. I have to say Bob righted the problem.

I had faith that he would stand behind his personality and agreement. Lo and behold, I called him and they came today. They were supposed to come at 9 o'clock, but they showed up at 8 o'clock. This was wonderful because it gets hot in the middle of the day here. These two gentlemen that came today, (Rich was the name of one guy) looked at it and took pictures. They said the carpet wasn't installed right. They cut about an inch around the whole carpet and that fixed the problem.

Overall, I would do business with Bob again. He's a really nice fella and excellent to deal with. He stands behind his word. I really believe he's a very honest man. If I lived in Medford, I'd probably go to Bob again.
