I hired Completely Floored to carry out a carpeting installation job for me and they were just fantastic. Their customer service was good. The installation team who came over, Matt and Bailey, were amazing. They were professional and very respectful of the fact that they were in my home when they did the installation. The pricing the company offered was very comparable. I went to Lowe's and Home Depot, and while they offered similar prices, the product on offer for that price was not similar in quality. The entire job was more than I could have imagined. They're local, which I liked, and there were no no hidden fees; everything was upfront. I want to reiterate how fantastic the installers were. I appreciated everything they did. I just had a great experience and I'm very happy with how everything turned out.
