Completely Floored came and re-carpeted the majority of the house and they were great!. The level of knowledge and skill was very impressive and the entire staff and service was completely customer centered. They confirmed about a week prior, that the carpet made it on the truck, and that it was on the way. That eliminated any concern or worry I had about the work being done on time. This was all happening the week before Thanksgiving and we had family coming to visit, so I definitely had my concerns. Completely Floored put them all at ease and really went above and beyond making sure I was well informed! The entire experience was excellent and I would absolutely recommend them.
