I've used gConverter now on a couple of different projects. They're ability to quickly migrate and reformat data and design from one CMS to another is impressive.

The biggest challenge I've run into is being prepared to give them all the access they require to take care of all the conversions. This is something you'll want to think through: FTP, MySQL, Admin, etc.
