Shocked by the price of repairs
I've recommended Coastal HVAC many times to condo owners in our complex and for the most part everyone has reported satisfactory service and workmanship. However, I made an appt. for Coastal to come check my PTAC unit because it wasn't operating properly. Tony came out, inspected the unit and told me I needed a new blower on the fan mechanism. I asked approximately how much that would cost. He said it would probably run a little over $100. I agreed that he should order the part. To my shock, when the job was completed I received a bill for $544.00 plus the original $160.00 service call!!!
I will NOT be recommending Coastal HVAC again!
