I called Coastal when my AC fan was not working. Another company tried to sell me a motor and charge me over $1000. I was skeptical that the motor was not defective because of the limited diag work performed. I called Coastal for a second opinion and they did a thorough job of trouble shooting and found that the capacitor was the only faulty part. The techician was very thorough, friendly and competent. Coastal charged under $200, saving me $900. They will be my first and only call from now own. High recommendation!
