On June 17th I had a ductless system installed. I could not be happier with the service I received. Not only was Coastal very helpful and prompt getting my through the MassSave loan process---they took the time to answer each and every question I had in detail until I was comfortable. The men that came to install the Units were prompt and professional. They were here on time and worked as quietly as possible. They removed all of the boxes and trash--and thoroughly cleaned up after themselves. I am pleased with the product and would highly recommend Coastal.
