The technician who performed the work was friendly and knowledgeable. He did a good job, but the following were some areas that were not as good as could have been:

- Was told there may be some loose dirt from the ducts that would come out of the vents for a day or so. It ended up being for a few weeks that this happened.

- Also, I asked the technician to have a look at our AC unit outside of the house because the lid was cracked. He had a look and said he would get back to me with a price for fixing it. I have not heard from anyone at Coastal Air. I would still like to know the price to perform this work.
